IN HOME TRAINING (one to one at your location)
No time to workout? Not a problem. We can come to you!
We train London based adults and children, with or without equipment, in their homes and various outdoor locations.
Whether your goal is to learn martial art kicks & punches, gain confidence, lose weight, improve your stamina, re-energize, or just want to become a better and healthier you, now you can choose to train at your location.
Sessions generally last for 1 hour and they are designed around your personal goals and physical condition.
Our mission is not just to train our clients but to also teach them how to get fit in a safe way while learning Tae kwon do and understanding the needs of their own body.
During one to one you will:
- Learn Tae kwon do (with opportunities to get belts) and self-defence
- Lose weight
- Improve your flexibility
- Burn fat
- Gain confidence
- Get in the best shape you have ever been!
Our experience extends over 30 years of training children and adults, who want to improve their physical condition and lose weight, and also professional athletes.
We are passionate about what we do and have a 100% success rate. We believe that a fit body can maintain a healthy mind. It is important to have a positive self-image, something that is empowering and will help you develop and enhance every aspect of your life.
One to one sessions are offered as a package only: £850 for 10 sessions (at your space). Please note that the fees for insurance and training venue are not included.
Taekwondo membership (including insurance):
£100 per annum (it is a legal requirement to obtain insurance when doing martial arts)
